Provide Initial Consultation with Bride and Groom (up to 2 hours)

 

One (1) additional In-Person Consultation with Bride and Groom (up to 2 hours) 

 

Provide Consultation, via Phone and/or Email, (up to 15 hours)

 

Visit to Ceremony and Reception Sites, Prior to Wedding

 

Assist in Selection of Wedding Attire Providers (Bridal & Tuxedo Shops, if requested by client)

 

Assist in Selection of Suitable Vendors (Baker, Caterer, Florist, Décor, Musicians, Soloist,

Organist, Harpist, Violinist, Band, or DJ, etc., if required)

Assist Selection of Photographer, Videographer, and Transportation (if requested by client)

 

Schedule Appointments with Vendors and Client to meet (if requested by client)

Review / Negotiate Vendors Contracts

 

Coordinate / Management of Vendors Services / Products

​

Ongoing Updates and Consultation with Client re: Vendors’ Services / Products

 

Coordinate Final Payments of Final to Vendors (if requested by the client)

 

Attend Wedding Rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

 

One (1) Director and one (1) Coordinator Day of Wedding (up to 10 hours)
