Initial Consultation with Bride and Groom (up to 2 hours)

 

Two (2) additional In-Person Consultations with Bride and Groom (up to 2 hours each)

 

Unlimited Ongoing Consultations and Advice (on etiquette, obtaining the Marriage License, etc.) as required, via phone and/or email

 

Prepare a Customized and Detailed Budget

 

Prepare a Schedule/Timeline and Checklists

 

Assist with Selection and booking of Ceremony and Reception Venues

 

Assist with Selection and Booking Officiant for the Wedding, if required

 

Assist with Selection of Color Scheme, Theme, Style, and Décor of the Wedding

 

Assist with Invitation Design and Printing, and Arrange for Mailing of Invitations 

 

Assist with Guest List Tracking (R.S.V.P.s)

 

Assist in Menu and Beverage Selections

 

Recommend, Negotiate, and Book suitable Vendors (Florists and Décor, Baker, Caterer, Musicians, Soloist, Organist, Harpist, Violinist, Band, or DJ, Photographer, Videographer)

 

Assist in Selection of Transportation Providers

 

Vendor Management to Ensure Timely Delivery of Services / Products

 

Coordinate Final Payment to Vendors (if requested by the client)

 

Ongoing Updates and Consultation with the Client re: Vendors’ services/products

 

Assist in Selection of Announcements, Invitations, RSVP’s, Thank You Cards, Itineraries

 

Assist in Ceremony Planning

Prepare Reception Seating Chart

 

Attend and Direct Wedding Rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
