One (1) “Get Acquainted Meeting” with Bride & Groom (up to 2 hours)

 

Visit to Ceremony and Reception Site(s) prior to Wedding

 

Referrals to Wedding Day Vendors (If required)

 

Access to Consultant for related questions (via phone or email)

 

Meeting with client to develop a timeline for the Wedding Day Events (1 hour)

 

Confirmation of Vendor Commitments and details for the Wedding Day Events

 

Distribution of Timeline to necessary Vendors and Wedding Party

 

Attend and Direction of the Wedding Rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

 

One (1) Director and one (1) Coordinator the Day of Wedding (no more than 8 hours)

 

***The Bride has made all the arrangements; Planning occurs 1-2 months prior.
